About Us
Big Red Dot operates under the auspices of KLA (Kaufman Levin Associates), one of South Africa's largest locally owned market research houses.
Local and International companies come to us looking for public opinion on a wide variety of subjects . . . anything from how they can improve the taste of their toothpaste, to what people expect from their customer service. We ask you for your thoughts as they relate to our client's requirements and then pass this information on to KLA for analysis. We want people like you to join our panel and give us your honest opinions. Not only will we reward you, but your information can impact on the way that companies treat you as a consumer.
